Six millimetre diameter

This 6mm inner diameter fits close to the edge on nostril, tragus, or upper cartilage placements. Check your placement depth before choosing this size because the small loop leaves little spare clearance.

Sixteen gauge wire

We turn these at 16G, which measures 1.2mm across the wire. It holds its circular shape through daily wear and will not bend out of true when you open the hinge.
