Ordering and delivery

There is no cart on this site and no checkout. Every buy button opens the listing for that piece at the storefront where our jewelry is sold, and everything after the click belongs to them.

Placing an order

Pick the piece here, check the gauge and the millimetres on its page, then follow the button. The order is placed on the storefront, under their account and their payment system. We never see a card number and we do not hold an order record.

Delivery

Delivery times, tracking, address changes and split shipments are set by the storefront and shown at their checkout. We cannot look up a parcel, speed one up or reroute it, because the shipment is not ours.

Returns and refunds

Returns run under the storefront policy shown on the listing. Start a return there rather than writing to us, since a refund can only be issued by whoever took the payment. Body jewelry is often treated as a hygiene item and may carry its own return rules; that decision is theirs, not ours.

Something arrived wrong

If a piece arrived in a size other than the one ordered, or the finish is not what the page showed, raise it with the storefront first. Then tell us at [email protected]. If our page carried a wrong number we want to correct it, and a wrong number on our page is our problem to fix.

Reading a size. Telling you what a gauge means in millimetres, what a stretched size label converts to, or which of our pieces exist in a given thickness. The size finder answers most of it without waiting on an email.
