About this piece

These black clicker hoops snap shut without loose beads to manage. We build each ring from 316L surgical steel at 16 gauge, which measures 1.2mm thick. This pack includes four matching pairs across four distinct inner diameters: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm. Your gauge size should match what your piercer used.

Details

Hinged segment closure

The curved segment swings open on a small pivot and clicks back into the channel by hand. You do not need opening pliers or loose captive balls to close the hoop.

Four inner diameters

This set supplies one pair each of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm rings. The smaller inner rings fit closer to cartilage ridges, while wider diameters offer extra clearance.

Black surgical steel

We machine the hoops from 316L surgical steel with a smooth black coating across the entire circumference. The surface remains smooth through the hinge joint to avoid rough edges.

Care and tension

Wipe each ring with a soft dry cloth after washing. If a hinge segment ever feels slightly loose after repeated handling, gently squeeze the open ends together to restore the snap.
