We machine these straight barbells from 316L surgical steel with threaded cubic zirconia heart ends. The bar measures 1.6mm across and 16mm long between the ends. Both ends unthread smoothly so you can slide the bar through without snagging. Your gauge should match what the piercer put in.

Bar profile and sizing

The post is 14G, which is 1.6mm in thickness, paired with a 16mm straight shaft. We turn the 5mm heart ends on matching threads for balanced weight across tongue or nipple placements.

Solid surgical steel

We cut each shaft from hypoallergenic 316L surgical steel. The surface is polished smooth across the whole wearable section, keeping the metal bright without plating that could flake off or distort.

Threaded heart ends

Both decorative heart ends screw directly onto the straight post. You can twist off either side to insert the barbell, then tighten the stone face down until it sits flush against the skin.
