About this piece

A flat disc on one end rests flush against your skin while the front holds a clear cubic zirconia stone. We machine each post in 316L surgical steel at a standard 16G thickness and an 8mm length. The four pairs include distinct gem widths so you can adjust the look across different placements.

Sixteen gauge post

The 16G wire measures 1.2mm in thickness, which should match what your piercer initially installed. We pair that gauge with an 8mm wearable length to give the disc room to sit flat without pressing into cartilage or lip tissue.

Four gem diameters

This set includes four stone sizes: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm cubic zirconia tops. The smaller gems fit compact spots like the tragus, while the wider stones give full coverage on a helix or labret placement.

Flat back design
